TeleAfya is an application that connects patients and providers for three primary services: teleconsultations, booking of in-person appointments, and the order and delivery of medication (OTC & prescription) via pharmacies registered on the platform. Customers receive recommendations of pharmacies based on their location. In addition, for providers, the app offers a medical equipment loan service whereby clinics can loan medical equipment from other clinics based on demand. TeleAfya also has a physical clinic to provide a hybrid model of care combining virtual and in-person care.
